What on a bus?

Can we at least TRY to apply a little scepticism as unconfirmed reports come in?

I don't say disbelieve them automatically, but let not necessarily believe them automatically either, still less exaggerate them? until we know more.

My boss even suggested that the tube blasts were intended to get people on to the buses and then... but maybe that is going a bit far.

You wouldn't need to force people off the tubes to fill buses in central London during the rush hour, surely?

Does anyone know......

how bad the traffic is in central London? I need to get up there this afternoon.

I really think people should get home and stay home if they can. We don't know what else there is.

We can't get home! Might have to sleep at work tonight!!!

by the report I just saw it looked as though there has been several area's of London where either bomb blasts or suspected bomb blasts happen...

it was on Sky news with live pics....

Mobile networks have been shut down...Police Commissioner has just said to stay where you are as transport networks are out.

My sister's in Brighton! What's happened to Brighton?

I've spoken to stdPikachu, he's ok thank god.

I spent last night having long horrible nightmares about murders and then LD Rudeboy woke me up to tell me whats happening and then I couldnt stop crying for ages and felt sick :(

Stay where you are, don't call the emergency services unless you have to and wait for news. That's what Met chief has just said on the telly

Thats what I intend to do. But management have told us to stay at our desks. Fuck 'em. I'm off as soon as I decent ly can. I've got to get back to Dagenham.

...

Apparently all bus services and tram services in central Manchester have been suspended.

Overreacting, non?

'Events': Edgware rd, kings x, russel sq, aldgate east, moorgate according to latest reports. Police are asking the media not to speculate.

Also, do not call emergency services unless life threatening incident

I really wouldn't go.

Have got texts back from one friend in London si it would appear some mobile networks are up and running, but not from the other friend.

Am so worried.

She managed to get in the Brixton Nail Bomb and I thought she'd be ok because she doesn't live in Brixton, but that day, for the first time ever she went....

Best wishes to all Londoners...

Also been informed by Union rep that to go home early because of the disruption will be classed as a disiplinary offence - who's fucking side is he on.

Tell the jobsworth cunt to go fuck himself.
