yeah it was the background noise which worried me, it was only a few seconds of loudness (she was standing by a road, it turns out!) but it's amazing what your imagination can do in that situation

Woman on Jon Gaunt reporting seeing a dead woman outside the Aldgate tube carriage - she said the train actually lifted when the explosion went off.

I've been getting the tube in via Kings Cross to Old St where I work but cycled in today.....saw loads of fire engines and ambulances and wondered what was going on....

Thankfully we're all ok here at work - this all sounds bloody horrible and clearly timed with the G8 thing....

Just spoke to my colleagues and they've been told to stay inside the building. A couple of people in my department haven't turned up or called in including a friend of mine. I can't get hold of her on her mobile and am worried sick.
