Jacket Potato With Cheese & Beans

Coleslaw is just about passable on the side of a baked potato. No place in the top.

This makes no sense. It sometimes happens that it’s served on the side, or even in a ramekin, but if so, I shovel it on top.

Mind you, I like coleslaw on pizza. As in, shovelled on top. Maybe with beetroot.

I haven’t tried that, but I think we’d get along. She sounds great.

I had jackets cheese and beans tonight.

I like jackets with coleslaw in too but as a side, with quiche and salad or something. Jackets cheese and beans is a full meal and cheap.

Tuna is minging and although I love egg mayo I think people having it in spuds are weird

Round the corner from our new flat there's a place selling baked potatoes. First place I've seen them in Spain. I'll try them sometime. I doubt they'll have baked beans though.

I was shopping in Waitrose today's which has a beans then cheese layout. This is because I had a voucher for £8 off a £40 shop. Usually I shop at Sainsbury's which has a cheese then beans layout.

Apparently, the best result is to brine it then bake in the oven. Slow cooker and grilling didn't perform as well

I might have a baked potato tonight. Roasted in olive oil and salt, 20 minutes on gas mark 7, then an hour on gas mark 5.
