I'd prefer a lollipop tbf. Some people around here have been getting stickers after the jab.
I've had my Covid Vaccination stickers.
I didn't get a sticker.
Where's my fucking sticker?
Does anyone know the minimum gap between doses of the Oxford? I’m due my second on 1st April and want to see if I can make that sooner as having neurosurgery on 23rd March. Ta.
Thanks. I’m good for my next one. Will hassle my trust.I believe it’s 3 weeks; I don’t think shorter gaps than that have been tested, plus it’s generally thought that it takes about 3 weeks for the first dose immune response to do its stuff.
First jab done! I got a sticker AND a sweet

I imagine it might vary depending on where you are. I got a text message with a link to book, and think others have mentioned receiving letters. Are all the invites for vaccines going through GPs? It has occurred to me that I never bothered registering with a new GP when I moved house.
Since you therefore didn't de-register from your old one, presumably they would have your records and be in charge of contacting you - but if they never had your phone number I'm guessing the system would rely on mailing the address they have on their books ...Are all the invites for vaccines going through GPs? My invitation was a text from my GP. I guess it depends. I'd get registered if I was you.Are all the invites for vaccines going through GPs? It has occurred to me that I never bothered registering with a new GP when I moved house.
There doesn't appear to be a specific list, the official site (link in current BBC story) just says severe mental illness.I am struggling to find a list of the specific mental illnesses, does anyone have a link or is it based on the GP?
It didn't hurt at all - I didn't feel the needle going in, although I could feel the liquid being injected. Mind you, I take tramadol regularly so take that with a pinch of salt...Booked in for tomorrow lunch break
I hate other people injecting me :'(
I quickly accepted and dropped my trousers. Was a bit embarrassing that I’d forgotten that they give it in the arm but it all worked out in the end.
it's the "relax" bit that tends to make me tenseIt didn't hurt at all - I didn't feel the needle going in, although I could feel the liquid being injected. Mind you, I take tramadol regularly so take that with a pinch of salt...

Yeah, mine is aching, but seems less painful than it was last night.Yes, same here. My arm fucking knacked by the end of the day though.
I just got the vaccine text. Much earlier than I expected and I'm a bit nervous as I've heard anecdotally that you are likely to have worse side effects if you've had Covid, especially if you've had it recently. Did anyone experience this?
