Handforth Parish Council meeting - hilarious zoom video

I think what makes it so fucking funny is that none of the councillors really break their stride of arguing about completely irrelevant statues with each other while this all goes around them
it's still glorious. it's so heavy on the seriousness and dryness but remaining gilted and mad and eccentric.

Maybe, but what right did she have to remove them to the waiting room or dictate their behaviour, as a non elected attendee?
She had the authority:

its complicated but worth reading and understanding

That was one of the Councillor's ringtones I think

I don't think so, take a look at this point in time...

I reckon it was Robert Staples, far right & second from the bottom, he seems to be playing with his phone & moving it closer to this laptop's mic., but whoever it was sets Camden Lilly off in fits of laugher, one of the best bits IMO. :D

I keep dipping in and out for ten mins here and there during work. It keeps getting better. This is easily better than the first. I'm up to 1.44. James is stoned. Lily's pissed, Craig's nodding along like he gives a shit and still the councillors are arguing about whether the meeting is legal or not.

just delved in around the 2 hour mark and there is a man upside down while brian is talking about who should and shouldn't speak (again).

Not a single council meeting set up since last March, then tried to declare the December one illegal. The man’s a complete disgrace.

(According to the councillor with all the guitars on the wall anyway).
Guitar guy is a member of the public and Councilor Sue Moore's husband

Nooooooo! :(
A boundary review, which began before the meeting, has suggested it should be merged with neighbouring Wilmslow.
"It's not something I'll be voting for; Handforth needs its own council," said Cheshire East councillor Julie Smith.

Jackie Weaver, who shot to fame for keeping her cool amid the online meeting's sniping, laughter and disarray, said she was "sure the people of Handforth will be up in arms" about the proposed merger plans.
