Fucking hell, someone started playing the Benny Hill theme at 1h 43m.

I suspect it happened around the 2:30 - 3:00 mark, where one of the councillors phoned someone, presumably another councillor, to tell them the meeting ID and password. Only she doesn’t mute herself, so the login details are broadcast to anyone watching the livestream. Cue the mass invasion. I doubt it will happen again.

I'm not certain that I'd bet against someone absent-mindedly doing exactly the same thing next time.

But, the 4 councillors carried on arguing amongst themselves anyway.

Sigh. I suppose I’m the only person in the country who disliked Jackie Weaver intensely and thought that as a non elected attendee at the meeting she had no right to exclude elected members and the vice chair should have been given control of the meeting.
I wonder if she’d have been as tough if it had been a real life meeting rather than Zoom and she tried to physically give them the bum’s rush out of the door? They should sue.

IIRC, she only removed them to the waiting room, with the intention to bring them back if they agreed to behave, but the other councillors voted to exclude them, and they had already logged off from the waiting room anyway.

It's pretty much a laughfest throughout tbf. From about 20 mins in. As Lily switches from wine to whisky and James pulls out his spliff around the hour mark is good. Britney Spears rocking up in a mask and visor was pretty good too.

I think what makes it so fucking funny is that none of the councillors really break their stride of arguing about completely irrelevant statues with each other while this all goes around them
