I don't understand why it's live streaming with comments, because you can see the chaos that could pursue. Surely just being uploaded somewhere public afterwards would meet whatever rules of openness and transparency, etc. are placed on such council meetings?!

Meeting starts at 8 mins 15 sec., a member of the public, George, starts the entertainment by questioning the agenda, as not being in line with the starting orders, at about 12 mins in.
24m 15s George starts banging on about the standing orders again, someone replied. ‘George, you have no authority here’.
The whole meeting was supposed to only last half an hour, but they spent almost that long arguing over a planning application’s number, which had been listed incorrectly on the agenda, rather than the application itself.
Camden Lily W…, a member of the public seemed to be enjoying herself, alternating between shaking her head and laughing at the chaos, whilst drinking her wine.
I could only manage half an hour of it.

Oh, I dipped back in, and it's worth watching from 54m, when they argue over voting on the minutes from the last meeting, the subject of the OP.
The chair wants to defer the vote, the other three councillors don't, the clerk points out they would have to vote to defer, the chair disagrees and walks away, whilst the other three carry out the votes not to defer them and instead approves them, the chair returns and ignores them, then members of the public start having go, one pointing out that Jackie Weaver wouldn't put us with this.
Oh, and the woman who's been drinking glasses of wine, gave up on the glass and started drinking straight from the bottle.

I suspect it happened around the 2:30 - 3:00 mark, where one of the councillors phoned someone, presumably another councillor, to tell them the meeting ID and password. Only she doesn’t mute herself, so the login details are broadcast to anyone watching the livestream. Cue the mass invasion. I doubt it will happen again.
