She's big in the US I understand. Formerly of the Daily Wire and a chum of various Republican big wigs. She's talked about a lot online. I too am a but surprised to see a thread about her on here though.

I'd go further. literally nobody does absolutely. anyone ever claimed to have is eventually exposed otherwise. Musk taking over Twitter fora recent obvious example.
but willing to accept if anyone has a counter example.

It's not possible to achieve absolute freedom of speech, at the very least because if there's two people and only one loudspeaker somebody's going to be drowned out. Believing in it would be at best naive and possibly outright self deluding.

They haven't really banned her from saying anything just banned her from saying it in NZ.
I would imagine this doesn't really have anything to do with suppressing free speech. If she comes then there will be aggro, people will protest against her and others will protest against them. If she is banned then there is no aggro so it seems like a no brainer.
Especially given that she isn't coming to flee oppression, visit family or have a nice holiday but is coming to cause the aforementioned aggro.
