The last crop of England players were very diverse and have gone on to do amazing things in football. Look at some of women's coaches who are ex players, and the commentary team tonight, and the build up team.

So tonight's team is all white. It's also mainly all blond with pony tails.

Does it make a difference. You put your best eleven out on the day.
