It does. The seagull one I had was a tiny bit too big for me as a size 18 when I was 2 stone heavier than I am now. Do you fancy doing a trip at some stage cos I need to try some stuff on too as I want to get a dress for a wedding next month?
Do you want your rose Collectif dress back now missus seeing as you will fit it now
It's just hanging in my wardrobe.
Can get the bloke to take it in to the pub with him and you could pick it up?
Which is why I think I may need an 8 which just seems wrong so I can't bring myself to order it! Let's do it! I can do Monday next week but then that's it until the end of Sept!
I know - I reckon I might need a 14 which is veh odd It's bank holiday on Monday isn't it? I've got a feeling I may be promised elsewhere but I'll find out and drop you a PM
Sorry about the frocks - what a shame.Collectif: disappointing The clothes were lovely but just didn't fit me at all. As I suspected, I'm just too short - the dolores dresses came down to ankle-length And while I could get them altered I think they just wouldn't be the same with 4 or 5 inches taken up and the cost of alteration on top of the cost of the dress is just too much. I guess no one makes clothes that fit me
The day wasn't a total loss, I did get 3 new bras (36HH ffs) from Bravissimo including a red polka-dot one and a black plunge one.
I hate my wardrobe, I never have anything to wear. Am pretty much thinking of putting it all in the bin and starting again.
They look more purple IRL
an audacious choice with your hue of hair
New boots any recommendations for looking after nubuck?
I agree, I love the ones from Karen Millen and M&S but they are just too short. I may go and try them on over leggings to see if I can get away with that - the shape of me hasn't changed since I was 20, but the face certainly has!I have a hankering for a mini-kilt, which seem to have come back into fashion. My legs aren't bad, but I am a bit worried about being a bit mutton though.
i quite like purple and gingeran audacious choice with your hue of hair
love that- where is it from?
love that- where is it from?
And love your new glasses on the other thread too
Given the usual distance between his feet and his head, I wouldn't have thought that'd be a problem.
http://www.ewriting.pamil-visions.com/2008/07/05/colors/Purple is a tricky color: mourning in Thailand and Catholicism the colors is still royalty in Europe and has mystical meanings: third eye, psychic ability, hidden knowledge, high aspirations, dreams, unconscious, invisible, telepathy, deeper truth, magic. It’s the color best fit for luxury and richness – look how Danforth Diamond uses purple in a very effective design.
Studies show that purple is the preferred color for pre-adolescent children – so if this is your target, than bright purple is the color to use to promote children’s products. As I said above, it is a great color for feminine designs as well. Light purple and lavender can also mean nostalgia and sexual indecision, while dark purple can be sadness and frustration, despite its close relation to royalty and richness.
