A brown plaid pattern skirt (don't wear them often but it looked nice) and a pink (I am such a girl 
!) 'shrug' cardigan from Saisnburys. £7.50 and £2.70 a piece.
Plus a lovely long muted-mustard coloured cardigan from Next for £15.00. Should look good over jeans and I am hoping that when early summer arrives it will double as a lightweight coat.

I bought a tweed suit for £8 and a pair of Umbro trainers for a tenner and a pair of pyjamas for 2 euros reduced from 15. I bought a ski hat for a fiver but I threw it away and put back on my tweed cap once the icy gusts subsided. I also bought a pair of Crouch End type media glasses but they make me look like a caaant so I just squint in public.
Harris Tweed handwoven in the outer Hebrides from Scottish grown wool. I've yet to wear the slacks but the jacket looks quite smart over any casual or even a denim Replay slack. It's kind of brown and green and white with bits of orange.
I don't know if it can be worn to a pop concert unless one had the right haircut which one hasn't at this time.

^^^ I have quite a few pairs of brown tights. Normal opaque ones, lacy ones and my new thick woollen ones. I wear them mostly with brown boot. Most of my boots are brown and I don't like black tights with brown boots !
I bought a lovely black sequined skirt in M&S on Monday for a fiver...though since I had a free £1 M&S voucher it only cost me £4.
I also bought a yellow bikini for £3 from Asda and debating on a leopard print one from ASOS.

Yay - the sales mean I can finally contribute to this thread!
I am being poo girl this year. I got 3 pairs of trousers (brown, brown striped work and beige cords) in the M&S sale (£9 each) and just bought 2 tops (taupe and mustard - £17 for both) online from Debenhams. I'm trying to move away from the black wardrobe as a) I think it's too hard a colour when you're old and b) I was starting to look like a goth.

A pair of BNWT black jeans from Oasis off Ebay and I spent a Boots voucher my sis gave me for make up on Benefit High Beam and Hollywood Glow.
***Boots are doing the spend a fiver and get a fiver skincare voucher, I split my shopping the other day so I ended up with 6 vouchers. So far I have bought A Sanctuary face wash,toner and face scrub and an Olay regenerist face wash. I have 2 more vouchers to spend and will prob treat myself to some more Sanctuary stuff. All that cost me an extra £6.50 to what I was buying anyway.***

a second hand baseball ajcket, purple wool with (very grubby) white leather sleeves, and letters saying NYU stitched onto the back. which i'm sure will annoy fuckers on urban, as i have never been to university at all, or new york, so let alone new york university. a terrible state of affairs.
