Also had lovely red dress altered end last week for going out over Xmas (Wore it last night and have another to get taken in this week for next weeks work do) Also bought a new short, black, slightly military type fitted coat/jacket. Love it.

OMG! Today I discovered American Apparel! I nearly did a sex wee at the things in there!

Bought a racer back dress, mesh racer back sports bra, mesh baby blue body suit which is awesome and running shorts. They even have those 70's style ballet type body suits Madge wears in the Hung Up video!

Even managed to get some trashy neon bright y-fronts for some friends who I know'll love 'em as stocking fillers from there.

I love that place!

Was wearing the slutty chrome heeled black patents when I got drunk and passed out on N's sofa and when I woke I was so desperate to get home, I got in a cab without them when I could not see them immediately and on return to their house, they had been misplaced. Also, the pewter ones hurt too much and am still unsure of camel coloured snakeskin peep toes with black tights. Oh oh oh. What to do.

This week I have purchased two small Kipling handbags (the same but in different colours) a new hat (black with a pom pom on top and two plaits with pom poms on the end) and a Barbour jacket, but the jacket is going back as it's slightly too small and I don't like it enough to justify the price - £150.

Also bought £18 worth of socks in Tesco as I took some stuff back without the receipt and they would only exchange it for stuff then and there, and there was nothing else I liked. I now have about a hundred pairs of socks.

try rockit in stables market - camden, I got some gorgeous vintage leather ones from there and only a tenner, it's a bit hit and miss though as most of them are fucked beyond repair, but if you spend time looking you'll find gems

I had a bizarre shopping experience today. I bought a pair of black slim legged jeans in Miss Selfridge in a size 14 long. Then I went to Next because I'd seen some shorts I liked in the window. I tried on what I thought was my normal size - a 12 - to find that they fitted, but were on the tight side. Was thinking that I obviously need to lose weight and then looked in the label - they were actually a size 8 on a size 12 hanger!

So I went from a size 14 to a size 8 in a couple of hundred yards on Oxford Street. How bonkers is that?

I've been buying make up.

Black eyeliner but um, Jemma Kidd. It's got a smudgey thing on the other end innit. Even though I've already got one of those.

And um. I'm not sure! I know I got some extra stuff off a make up site (I was getting free delivery...). I suspect there's a grey eyeshadow in there somewhere.

edit: I can't seem to buy make up for other people (christmas innit) without getting myself something. Luckily the cardholder agreed.

Another make up shipment turned up today. I got Covergirl stuff. A 3 eyeshadow compact (greys, I couldn't find any the week before in superdrug). Outlast which is their version of lipfinity (dark red and holding up with food and kissing and stuff). Also a foundation tester/sample which I reckon is too dark. Oh and 2 urban decay eyeshadows (acid rain & asphyxia). They shouldn't be mine but I've decided they are.

That's got to be all of it. I haven't managed to buy fishnet holdups as the website just sent me an email saying they've run out.

i went to town and bought a new second-hand cowboy shirt (dark blue with red/green tartan panels on the yoke and shoulders) a new cap (more of an old-fashioned driving hat whatever they're called than a flat cap, it's burgundy herringbone) and a black silk scarf with small white polka dots.

i've bought loads of stuff lately but the thing i love most is a soap from lush called hope floats or something like that. well it smells almost exactly like the old shower gel narcotic which I loved, its got mud in and lots of herbs, its great
got some nice incense and a perfume from l'occitane and some beautiful wooly socks that are the snuggliest socks invented.
