I poured myself a large gin, added ice and a slice of lime and opened my 1 remaining bottle of tonic, only to find it was completely flat
I've had to resort to an emergency gin, lime & soda instead.
First time I've tried it and it's surprisingly nice as it goes

A very lovely Italian Pinot Grigio from Lidl, can't remember the name. Beautifully fruity, feels like a very slight fizz on my tongue, although it's not sparkling. Gorgeous
