Contents exceeded design. Full bodied warmth and (security?) of a stout, lego-ed perfectly to IPA hoppy sharpness via biscuits and cake and stuff. Incredible.

Whisky Mac

Having never seen this thread before, I was just about to post the exact same thing. Got a bottle of whisky for my birthday and don't really like drinking it neat, but add some Stones Ginger Wine and it's just right for the end of the evening.

I sometimes have it topped up with ginger ale and ice, and drink it all evening.

Oh god. Last night I had homemade blackberry wine, other red wine, poinsettia (Prosecco, triple sec, cranberry), kraken and tequila rose. Someone send me a pint of tea and a bacon sandwich.
