Coley not sure how cooked....maybe poached on a bed of shredded stir fried sprouts and panchetta.....

tis nice....the sprout thing is v easy, garlic shallots, shredded sprouts ( which is a bit of faff ) panchetta, splash of soy and your away....works well with any white fish

v v sharp knife, salted chopping board, nimble fingers and a quarter of an hour in front of the telly, tis quite theraputic though get less precise as the minutes drag by...

And do you cook them at all, or is this a salady type of affair? I think it would be nice stirfried
stir fried.....blanche them and then lob them in the wok with the other bit... a dash of oil, soy and a tiny drop of worcestershire sauce....quick and easy
