It should be pork with a creamy mustard sauce, spinach and mash - but I think we're out of creme fraiche  so it might be pork with mustard mash and spinach instead :D

Playing reggae rekkids on internet radio for weekly show, couple of old mates coming over for a session, looks like beer for tea. Might let the littlun have some pasta though.

PS For those than cared - the cat is now on the mend, he's still grumpy but definitely better :)
Yay for Hoggy :)

Well I'm on duurrrrty hot dogs and boiled onions tonight. Daughter bought two big jars of the buggers, so thought I'd help myself to HER food for a fucking change :D

true. but i'll be in a portacabin in the grounds of the hospital! :D :(

no idea.

it's normally takeaway night on a wednesday to relieve the mid-week grind but we had takeaway 4 days in a row friday, saturday, sunday and monday so i feel the need to buy some nice food to cook

quite fancy some fish. hmmmm.

Tonight I really am going to make that long-awaited curry. Spicy chickpeas with cabbage/carrot/coriander thing, rice and raita.

tonite I think we're going out for Asian "fusion" cuisine....whatever the hell that is! :p

crispy duck meatloaf?
szechuan prime rib?
thai chicken pot pie?

I'm having chicken curry, in a box, from lidl :(

Thought I'd make my first post here, rather than start a pointless introduction thread and waste bandwidth :D

So yeah. Hello everyone :)

Leftover fried rice, from last nights takeaway

I ought to learn to cook

Yes. Yes you ought.

You just stick around here. We've managed to nag at least one take-away enthusiast into cooking more. ;)

(Hi DC! :D )
