Ice lollies. 'Cos I feel like I've got razorblades in my throat. Please God let the antibiotics kick in soon. :D

sugar snap peas, broccoli, mushrooms, sweetcorn and onion, with garlic olive oil dressing . and cheese straws

i whacked the prawns and chopped avocado in a lake of mayonnaise with ground pepper, loads of lime juice and a tiny bit of soy and ate the lot with a toasted english muffin. it was Gert Fucking Lush.

Lamb tagine with lemon and coriander cous cous. And I'm gonna do some flatbreads with feta, mint, chickpeas and tomato to start. Mmmmm.

I fucking love cooking, it fills me with so much joy.

What's Cashel?

I am having hippy soup with split peas, marrowfat peas, pearl barley, lentils, and vegetables, it is bloody gorgeous and comforting as I have lady flu:(

don't know....got a date tonite with teh girl. planning on walking around looking at the lights and popping in some bars & foodie joints.

i can say there'll be some snogging for pudding :)

Goat! I'm not sure what I'm going to do with it yet. Perhaps curry, but not curry goat as I haven't the time to marinade it for hours.

Im off out for a Indian curry...so I can say there will def. be popadums, mango chutney, lime pickle, onion salad and paneer makini. Not sure on the rest.

yumyum.

Oh! I am also making a raised ham and veal pie! I'm practising for Christmas. I've made the hot water pastry crust, it's currently chilling into shape in the fridge, there's a ham hock that's been simmering for 3 hours, which will make both the ham and the jellied stock. I love making pies :)

It's an Irish soft blue cheese

We had the fish pie - smoked haddock, king prawns and peas in a thick bechamel sauce with a rosti potato and cheddar topping, which worked very well, with broccolli and sugar snap peas.

And a banoffie cheesecake, which my mum brought with her, for pudding.

My mum's cooking curry goat..which I know will taste lovely, but I don't like eating loads before I go drinking.I might just have a nice big cheese salad sandwich with some nice caramalised onion stuff.

Going to Pizzahut in precisely ten minutes to meet Mr Madz, the middle boy and middle boy's friend. They've been to see Beowulf and me and the youngest didn't fancy it.

We had a huge dinner, I'm stuffed.
Garlicky chicken breast, stuffed mushrooms, roasted veg and new potatoes.

It's soft for a start, and creamier. How am I supposed to know if you get it in the States? You're the one who lives there!
