That sounds yummy. :)

I had fennel, veg and tomato bake with corn on the cob - bit of a random, using up the content of the veggie box creation! it was surprisingly tasty :)

A cheese, tomato and onion butty - hossy visiting again tonight, and having to drive back from Wallasey so won't have time to go home

I had posh hot dogs. Farmer's market sauasges in ciabatta.

With ketchup and mustard, of course.

I love bacon sarnies in ciabatta with salad.

Tonight we will be having some kind of ready meal from M & S as I've got to take the boys into town to get their school shoes and after that trauma I will not be capable of cooking. :D

After yesterday's carb-fest (toast for breakfast, pasta for lunch, jacket potato for dinner ), I'm thinking along the lines of maybe air. With some salad. And a tap water dressing.

I'm bloated up like the Hindenburg right now

spunds sublime - how dya make it? :)

I'll put my mexican pie recipe in the wiki when I've got a moment - it is lovely :)

Tonight I was going to be having spicy peanut soup but I have no celery and am not going to go to the supermarket for some as I cannot be bothered. I may still have the soup (without celery) or maybe a cauliflower curry as I have a couple of naans that need eating.

I brought some half price King prawns so I am gonna fry up some garlic, chillie, ginger and onions, add some mushrooms, chuck in my prawns some chpped peppers add a spalsh of white wine and some soya source. Then I will add my noodles .....
15 mins start to finish and very yummy :D

I'm going to make Xanadu's mums dhal with brown rice - you just can't beat it :)

Ditto - I've heard so much about it, it would be rude not to give it a spin. Think I might make a potato and cauliflower curry as well.

So much for no carbs.

Made it the other night, will become another staple.
Tonight is potato, parsnip and carrot soup what I made last night while doing pie and mash.

Maybe nothing. I'm not very hungry and I have to dash off to a dance lesson at 7.

Don't worry moomoo, I had a big lunch. ;)

 :D

I've got salmon en croute (ooh, how posh!) and the children have got a steak and kidney pie. We've got new potatoes and veg all courtesy of M & S. :D

And if they ever come in I can start cooking, I'm starving!

It really is the best :)

Tis done now, and yes, it's very good. One of those strange but wonderful creations where a handful of everyday foodstuffs magically combine into something four-dimensionally tasty.

Now all I need is for my other half to come home from the pub so I can eat it
