Whenever I try to make roasted veg it's never very nice :(

How do you do it? What oven temp? How much oil etc.....
I need roast veg in my life!

This si the first time I've got it right - we'll see if tonights is ok

I've chopped the potatoes and parnsips small and the rest large -

New potatoes
parsnips
butternut squash
courgette
garlic
onion
fennel
carrots

drizzle of oil, big glug of white wine vinegar, salt, dried basil, dried thyme 150 degrees until cooked. 5 minutes before the end I chucked in some slices of halloumi and waited till they went brown. It was yummy last night but as I said, we'll see if tonight's matches up :)

i have found 8 cans of tuna  in the back of my cupboard along with an out of date pack of sweet potato crisps. so i am having tuna pasta bake, with sweet potato crisp crust.
