Thursday I went to Zizzi with a friend before a gig. We went because I cashed in £50 in credit card reward points as find Zizzi prices too high for what they are serving. I had a vegan lasagne. Our meal took over an hour to come so we had a free glass of wine they we saw they didn’t charge us for our second glass & we didn’t say anything so the £50 covered main course for 2 & a tip.


Yesterday was fake chicken with curry sauce & chips & onion & tomato salad. It hit the spot.

Tonight I’m going to a small bistro that does tapas & pizza with 4 teens & im hoping they will be adventurous.

Tonight it will be lentil cottage pie with mash made from a mixture of normal potatoes and sweet potatoes.

We're making some nutrition changes, replacing any butter with olive oil; plus cutting back on carbs and sugar.

there's a shop in louth sells the most amazing cheese and onion pasties and while I wouldn't kill for one right now, I'd certainly maim for one
