Home-made veggie curry: butternut squash, kale, broccoli, lentils and green beans. With pitta bread on the side. I'm feeling in a virtuous and leafy green mood cos last night's tea was an enormous meat-laden pizza, which soaked up several pints of Kronenburg.

YES. Homemade garlic bread? I've pretty much stopped buying GB, I'll just get a stick and do my own garlic butter instead. Soooo much better.

Shop bought is NEVER garlicy enough!

It was LUSH!
Apart from the dressing it was pretty healthy too.
I left off the anchovies and olives as it was just me and the boy but will add them next time
