Shouldn't do if you do it for a couple of mins. But tbf I wouldn't parboil them if I'd mandolined em, they're thin enough to roast/bake/fry without it - but I would do that rather than parboil then mandolineParboiling MANDOLINED spuds? Would that not result in an equally sticky unworkable mess?!
