Porridge with toasted hazelnuts, banana & gooseberries. It's an odd combination but that's needs using up.
A friend has come through with allotment bounty and it's so good. My thumb is peeling, I think from handling all the rhubarb.
Porridge made with hot water, greek yogurt, toasted Brazil and walnuts, frozen berry mix and a drizzle of honey.
It was so good and I'm hoping sees me through to tea.
Put the water on my coffee, went to the fridge and found it bare.
So I had to put the coffee in a thermos and hurriedly make my 4 day roti.
But freshly-made roti plus excess yeast extract and peanut butter comfortably offset the slightly less perfect coffee. (days 2 to 4, the roti heads slightly into the biscuit direction in the fridge)
