What are you having for breakfast?

I might try and find some sausage skins and make proper sausages with this mix. But the last ones I had were a bit solid, and were quite hard to cut into. Also, they need to be veggie.

Heh, that's exactly the link I found! I might order some, just for comparison against the ones I already have.

As long as we're still rambling, what is Suma Sosmix? I know Sosmix, which I used to love tarting up with whatever came to hand, but which seems to have disappeared from shops. I didn't know Suma, but the internet tells me it's a different mixture, not that I've noticed it in shops either.

I don't know who did the original Sosmix, but I think that they're not in business any more, and Suma seems to be the main supplier. I made some yesterday, pimped up with some herbes du Provence and ground pepper, and it's definitely up there amongst the better veggie sausages I've eaten.

My now standard quarter of a teeny chapati /roti with crunchy peanut butter, vitam-r yeast extract anxiety made even that almost a challenge.

Bread is so deadly for me, I see this as being my breakfast until such time as I find myself actually being skinny / experiencing hunger on a regular basis - which is years into the future.
The dietary focus can now be aimed elsewhere - at my after-dinner oats, and the recently acquired lunch habit ...

Future rescheduling to a single mid-day meal for energy efficiency and cultural reasons as well as physiological may yet eliminate breakfast - or at least replace it with fruit during the course of morning exercise.

For 'reasons' I went to Spoons and ordered a full American. A half American arrived with no egg. I asked for egg and got it but to be honest I wish I hadn't bothered with the whole thing, the tang of depression was quite strong. Also I was surprised when a bunch of schoolies came in for lunch, although I guess prices are probably similar.

Hey ho, upwards and onwards 😃
