I'm trying the Tesco "Plant Chef" caramelised onion sausages. They're OK - no Cauldron vegetarian, but good enough.
Yeah, it is that density thing, isn't it? Which is what I liked about the Cauldrons. But these are still nowhere near as claggy as the vegan Cauldrons. I'm still banking on my sosmix option, but am now trying to decide if I want to buy a sausage-stuffing machine...Eurgh, way too dense for me them.
