I had 10 mg methylphenidate (AKA Ritalin), two cups of decaff tea, a banana and a Lidl fake nature valley bar, because I had an 8am work zoom. I’ll make a bacon butty later when El Jugs surfaces

I have had a very indulgent breakfast of little home made fluffy pancakes with chocolate Peanut butter and toffee sauce and two cups of Guatemalan expresso.

Four slices of seedy bread with suma herb pate. Remember eating the pate donkeys years ago so bought some on a whim recently. Tastes a bit weird.

Clearly a man of taste and sophistication! It’s “Sandon Rose” - a set inherited from Mrs SFM’s beloved grandmother. When she sees anything of the same design she buys it to replace any chipped or broken pieces. She’s had some real bargains over the years - including a 30 piece coffee set from St George’s market in Belfast when we were over seeing my Ma. When she asked how much it was, the woman running the stall replied “It’s £15 but you can have it for a tenner” . No need to haggle.

Those wee dishes are perfect for crumpets.

TBF, I hadn't thought of that. <does calculations> That'd be about 15kg of sausage.

ETA: having done the calculations, that would be 30 metres of 25mm sausage.
