As long as you didn't try to balance the stove on the bed, or allow it to set light to anything I'm sure you'd be absolutely fine. Probably best to open a window mind.

To be safe you could just install a microwave in your bedroom - get one of the ones with a grill function. That would be much safer.

A slumlord bought the house next door to me in London and turned a wee two up, two down into seven bedsits. In some of them you could cook while in bed, on the toilet or probably on the landing It didn't really look safe, though I do lust after a teasmaid.
