What are you having for breakfast?

See marmite and pb is more wrong than pb and jam imo. Decent pb is already salty. Eta: by decent I mean packed with sugar, salt and oil not that worthy stuff.

My kid likes a pb and jam sandwich. She calls them peanut butter jellyfish, which has its roots in gross Americanism but also makes me laugh.
She's a wrong'un :D

Tbf I only put a bit of Marmite on, it's mostly PB.

I'm hungry now

Well yes. He doesn't even like sweet corn  unless it's you that doesn't? You're a bit wrong an all, with your veg slop breakfasts :p
I'm indifferent to sweetcorn tbf, don't tell farmerbarleymow though :hmm:

A pack of chilli sweets

Ooh - what's this then?

Mouthful of something awful that I think was meant to be xmas cake

:D

For the record...

Butter and peanut butter - ugh
Peanut butter and jam - ugh - way too sweet
Marmite and peanut butter - amazing!

smh

Yes! There's literally nothing worse than wholesome PB. I like the American ones with the texture of plastic.

For breakfast I had same as yesterday: hot cross buns and coffee.

Toast with a bit of marmite then avocado or houmous on top is nice (sure I've already said that on this thread recently) so I reckon marmite and pb could be too. Salt (marmite) + fat (avo/houmous/pb) + savoury with a hint of sweetness (topping and the bread) innit.

I like the no added sugar or palm oil pb though.

Jelly sweets in the shape of chillies with a disappointingly poor chilli kick. Bought them from a sweetshop - I wouldn't bother to be honest. Got some hard boiled chilli sweets to try - will report back.

I know its an act, and you guzzle a kilo of sweetcorn every day.

Yep - spot on :)

I draw the line at avocado though. It's become a thing with me now to vocally dislike avocado. I mean they're all right I guess if I am in a situation where it can't be avoided but everyone bangs on about them so much all the bloody time that I have taken an anti-avocado stance as a pose now :p
