What are you having for breakfast?

Bacon and egg sandwich on seedy bread with no sauce. Black coffee then tea.

Did you pour orange juice on the cornflakes? Anyway, I thought travellodges and the like did a cooked breakfast - have they branched out into the cheaper end of the market?
There was a carton of milk too :D This was one of the shit ones in the middle of no where. The only thing next to it was a Burger King that has closed down

You should have taken one of those 'breakfast-maid' things with you - just plug it in and you'd have had a cooked breakfast.

Second breakfast of peas, sweetcorn, passatta with chilli and garlic oil, plus additional chilli flakes.

Changed to blackberry porridge. Three quarters of a pound of blackberries turns it very purple.

Another couple of pints of hot water. Wobbly worms for afters.

Exactly the same as I've had every day for the last three weeks.
Ladle of baked beans two fried eggs with the yolk cut out. tabasco sauce, bowl of melon bits and a cup of tea with lemon

Are you collecting the yolks for any particular reason, like an art project?

twentythreedom has gone quiet. Has he finally fallen asleep? :hmm:

GP threatened me will cholesterol tablets if I don't get Cholesterol down. My 2019 challenge.

No bread, no dairy, no meat no coffee. Which is quite hard when every meal time is veritable smorgasborg (Norwegian chefs on an Oilrig)

That sounds like a bugger - hope you get your levels down to the right range. You can buy egg whites by the carton so that might be one option, as it would save faffing about de-yolking whole eggs - not sure about the suitability of that if you work on an oil rig though.
