Turmeric is nicer in savoury porridge with a bit of veg (frozen peas, grated/finely chopped carrot, etc.) imo

Noggies love fish, I'm eating it lunch and dinner with salad and rice
4kg down in 2 and a half weeks. Thats with a bit of exercise every day
