Man Utd - we often manage to get a good result against them when we need to, i.e. the last game at The Boleyn, but the atmosphere will be a little different this time

I can sort of understand the offside decision. When Antonio was lying down the keeper's view of the ball was blocked and his head was offside so I think technically its correct, but if it takes them 4 minutes its hardly a 'clear and obvious error'.

Yes, everybody is talking like we're almost safe but we know how this goes. Troy "fucking" Deeney with the 89th minute winner off his arse, lose to Man Utd and then a hilariously funny final day (disallowed VAR goal cos Rice sneezed in the buildup) to send us down to the Promised Land.

It was pointed out to me yesterday that John Terry is at Villa. Imagine him dancing around on the hallowed turf of London Stadium after sending us down. I hope the stadium effects DJ has a special 'Sack the board' track prepared. although I suppose the deathly silence of an empty stadium is probably a realistic soundtrack too.

I was at the wimbledon game when we were 3-0 up at half time and lost 4-3. This isn't over.

Great strike from declan though. Best goal I've seen for a while.
