when I was a teenager i worked in a grocers - the owner (Dead ringer for Open all Hours Ronnie Barker) made me a ham sandwich for my lunch, usually there was sugar on the worktop he used to make sarnies - he wasn't a good cleaner upper tbf - and there may have been doughnuts on the worktop before and the sugar joined my ham sandwich - wasn't too bad tbfFancy version of sugar sandwiches innit

they need some squashing and the addition of butter as a binding agentWotsits seem like they might be a little tricky to control between slices of bread.....do you squash them or use some sort of binding agent like butter or mayonnaise?
