She asks that since the House is up for re-election again in 2 years, what's to stop them doing what they've been doing for the past 2 years, which is precisely nothing - in order to create that gridlock.

He's still creeping up in the popular vote, I believe. The numbers for that probably won't be final for a while. Florida have all gone home for the night and are going to resume the count tomorrow.
