4 Little Simz - Grey Area

Little_Simz_%E2%80%93_Grey_Area.png

She's the boss in a fucking dress. And we will admit she is the best (three higher placed albums not withstanding).

And now, the traditional pause while you guess the top three. Or, to put it more accurately guess the third one joining the obvious two.

12 years or something I've been doing this and I've only just realised I can copy and paste the whole bloody row from the spreadsheet and break it up, rather than copying each cell individually. Saves loads of irritating time.

Which I'm sure you're all fascinated to know.

Nick Cave must be somewhere in the top three. Can't see any of my albums making it (maybe a Laura Cannell?). Shameful lack of country in the list.

Oh ballbags. I forgot I'd bought Grey Area this year. Bloody great it is too

Will you tell me once it's all over belboid if I'd voted for Grey Area at no. 1 what difference it would have made to it and also the only record I DID vote for?

Lot of the albums in my list didn't make the cutoff. Not really sure that the Nick Cave deserved the number 1 spot. It's good but up there with his best. Glad that the Delines and Mekons made it in. They were both my best albums and best gigs of the year.
