I believe the NHS app works with Bluetooth to identify if you have been in contact with an infected person, less than 2m for more than 15 minutes. Fair enough, get an alert to self isolate/test if you have?
But what if you just filled in a paper form? Has anyone been contacted having written down their details? With no proximity data, were you told or advised to self isolated/get a test?
I have no smart phone and the app isn't compatible with my android 9 tablet.
