Tottenham Hotspur 2017/18 - Spurs are on their way to Wembley

grimsby borough

i'd love to see him play for grimsby borough
I bet you would ;) I had the pleasure of watching him play for us on loan when he was starting out. He was outstanding and had no fear. People were saying we gotta sign this kid :D i laughed and said he would play for England and in the champions league some day!

Lucky you didn't concede at the end there, but then again you should've been well out of sight by then. So, Arsenal and Chelsea out of the top 4 :thumbs:

Mousa Dembele had a game for all the ages today. All the passing, vision and attacking link play of a number 10, the drive, running with the ball and ground covered of a number 8, with the physicality and tackling of a number 6.

Mousa, I flipping love you

COYS!

An agreeable day out all in all..

One of the strangest Spurs games I’ve experienced this season at Wembley. Perhaps it was the opposition - just felt weird not walking down the Seven Sisters Rd.

Anyway. Even-ish 1st half followed by us ramping it up in the 2nd - to which Woolwich didn’t really have an answer, except to threaten to steal a point late on.

We should’ve been out of sight with 20 mind to spare tbh. However, I’ll take the 3pts however they come.

Dembele was immense. Powering through their midfield three like they weren’t there. MoM without any doubt.

Big week in Turin, followed by a trip to Rochdale.....

I think Spurs should be shorter odds given their consistency of late.

There are ten or twelve (imo) decent teams that could win this depending on performance (and luck of the draw) which makes this tournament exciting.

Juve and Barca are quite long odds given there pedigree in europe. Are the next round of games already decided or is it a draw from the hat ?

No need for a
a little hope is a dangerous thing
Still underdogs in this.

ive not cared what happens to spurs (other than finishing above Arsenal) for years. Even last season when we should've won the league.

I'm feeling an awakening in the force....

Spurs, Liverpool, Juve could flop awfully or win the whole thing with a bit of luck.

Hard to see past Man City, Barca or Madrid (maybe PSG/Bayern) as strong favourites but all can be beaten 'on the day'

Agree
Infact saved us from going down in many way with his goals
what a forward line wall could have had if they had kept all the loanees at that time
Kane, Puncheon, Townsend, Wood , Prob piss this champs with that lot
A couple of them would have also gone down with the mob on here being "left" footed (cough)

Lucky they're not three down. And I see Kane the great thesp is at it again. Good thing some continental refs have the balls to tell him to do one.
