Hm, I do have one and I guess the sugar tax only applies to pre-mixed drinks... But I've always found it a chore to get the flavours I want in the UK (mainly ginger ale). Plus they need an Irn Bru.
I think that would make a nice ginger beer (yay! I can have moscow mules again!), but it's not going to give that Canada Dry taste that I like so much. I didn't know they did these. I tried them for the first time at a market stand recently and they were amazing, will certainly look out for them!
