Unlike Cadburys, Mars chocolate hasn’t got noticeably nastier in the last decade, just much smaller. Hotel Chocolat is overpriced anyway, while perfectly acceptable. So this is not particularly perturbing.

I read about him a while ago, just before the covid pandemic I think.
Interesting to me being a Brummie particularly as I noticed their office was originally in Hackney, not too far from where I live now but I see they've moved to the Islington area now, I know where that building is too.

Posh chocolate isn't my thing but good luck to him - great to see one of the Cadbury family carrying on the trade, albeit in a different way.

Didn't realise chocolatier was an inheritable trait, though I suppose he has the contacts in the trade.
