PM Boris Johnson - monster thread for a monster twat

There is absolutely nothing inconsistent in believing that the EU is a good thing for Ukraine to join and a good thing for UK to exit. The UK and Ukraine are very different places with very different challenges. There are also potential realpolitik reasons from the UK’s perspective why they might want Ukraine to join the EU now that the UK have left it.

There is from the sovereignty pov.

He really won’t be poorer after leaving office quite the opposite. People will pay mad money just for him to attend their 7 course dinner parties wait and see.
I am just quoting myself to say, i told ya so.

Five million pounds he's 'earned' in the six months or so since he left the £160k a year job.

still picking up the Mp salary for Uxbridge as well

when was the last time he was in the town

fuck knows

Hansard tells me he's made twelve contributions in the HoC since leaving Downing Street, five of which were in the same debate on Ukraine (he's winning the war, dontcha know?). I'm not sure how that compares with the MP average, but not all Members have the same number of holidays to go on.

Johnson’s whole thing is that he was a ‘celeb’ before his brief stint as PM, liz truss more likely to end up as manager of a failing department store than she is to ever buy a moat, I think.

For celeb read serially sacked liar. E2a bj 32nd out of 57 pms by length of tenure, longer than tm, neville chamberlain, Duke of Wellington, James callaghan etc. Don't think ~3 years is a brief stint as PM.
