Maybe I should explain more, he plays as an inverted winger. The word winger being a misnomer because AA is your winger.
Salah plays more like the old inside forward role, you never see him hug the touchline, beat the full back, and whip it in. AA does that, albeit from a further way back.
Plus how long did Salah have in Serie A to hone his game? Ronaldo was an archetypal winger until his last 3 years where he became part of an extremely fluid front line - just like Liverpool have now.

The news has really moved me this morning, buy couldn't really show it - was as a softplay with the lad - Houlier was arguably more important than Benitez, and there are a generation of Liverpool fans (including me) who really started to love football because of that Liverpool team.
