I'm a convert so my family wouldn't care either way - my mum's side are Jewish, apparently, but it goes a long way back and I haven't got the time or money to investigate - but the community would talk. I've got another friend who's a convert and has two boys and she hasn't had either of them circumcised.

Also, Billie is from Swindon so Lozza would refuse to go there on principle.
