Just heard about the lady I work with.. She was sitting on the bottom deck on the bus. She needs an emergency operation but fingers crossed she will be ok.

All I can say is it is pure evil

I've been wondering about her since you mentioned it earlier - Im glad she's basically ok.

Rocket, BSI are in Chiswick High Rd (just above Gunnersbury Station). Security's pretty tight there in general and they tend to shut things down if anything dodgy's going on. Heard from a friend who works there a bit earlier - if there some info you need, I can mail him?

Yeah the shootings been mentioned on here since early afternoon. Apperantly the news rooms know about it but haven't made it public, probably under the whole not wanting to panic anyone thing...

It's their job to expect more though isn't it? They'd get battered if they allre laxed and there was a second wave.

As for the shooting thing ... obv. the guy can't say too much, but my mate at reuters def. made it sound like they weren't being ALLOWED to release the story, rather than it might not be true ....
