Is Elon Musk the greatest visionary or the greatest snake oil salesman of our age?

I clicked report on a post yesterday, which said said ‘we need to rid ourselves of the Jewish Problem’, with the classic 30s cartoon of the hook nosed demon and everything, and just heard back that it doesn’t violate twitters policies. Not exactly surprised but yeah, just confirms that’s where the moderation is at. You want that stuff on your website you’re not going for a very broad market of advertisers.

You could say 4chan is an example of "absoloute freedom of speech", the fantasy of people like musk...and look at it, a world renowned cess pit of school shooters, child pornographers, conspiracy lunatics, and basement dwelling Nazis. Easier just to have a few rules, Elon, ya big twat

^that tab looks grifterly, but it's genuienly an interesting conversation - and the dude seems to be in good faith. it;s a message i am thankful i heard.
 
I used to do a thing when I was bored on Twitter which was to search for "jew media" and then report posts, because you could almost 100% guarantee that anyone using that phrase would be some nazi (and if they weren't it would be quickly obvious that they were quoting, or being sarcastic, or something). I had quite a good record in those getting banned.

This pastime has now been ruined by the fact that there is literally an antisemitic account called @jewmedia on Twitter now, apparently recently re-established, flat-out just saying that shit. What is the point in making this sort of report? I did so anyway.

With AI on the rise and the Gulf Stream collapsing the next few years are going to be hell even if we discount cost of living and the Tories winning next year.

honestly mate give the interview ago. Of course he needs to be crossreferenced which I will do but he seems so utterly sincere and in good faith. It chilled me.

Try watching it all perhaps where he provides suggstions such as 70% tax rates for all AI industries, that governments should be cracking down hard and fast, now, that ethics at the moment are almost completely divorced fronm AI coding and are solely based on teh profittering few such as the usual digital suspects..
 
Literally shouted at the screen when the interviewer was going on about how ChatGPT came up with "new" (clearly derivative) stuff and he couldn't find any evidence of it having happening before, "BECAUSE YOU'RE A FUCKING IDIOT"

There are no "AI industries", every company using computers already uses AI full stop. Ethics? In business? I mean 70% tax for more fine, should be more.
