Hamas/Israel conflict: news and discussion

Thing is aid trucks should have been getting in ceasefire or no ceasefire.

Also theres evidence that Israel deliberately limited aid getting in during its long blockade of Gaza after Hamas were elected.

Not having a go at you here. But getting aid in and ceasefire need to be treated as separate issues.

It is obvious that Israel has been committing war crimes of using starvation as weapon of war.
Unfortunately nothing new and to be expected....hunger has always been and will always will be part of warfare. Playing morally or by the rules won't lead to victory.

In this case there is evidence that it wasn't a byproduct of war. One of those things that happens in wartime when infrastructure breaks down.

The evidence suggests Israel has for years seen restricting civilian aid as part of its collective punishment of Palestinians.

With the present war on Gaza this has been intentionally increased.

This isn't about being moral. Its using the post WW2 international legal system to hold Israel to account.

What I think has been shown over last year is that this is a total war on Palestinians as a people.

I'd also say that this has been going on since 48. Looking at the history of Gaza and the war never really stopped.
