Filth by name. . .

Just wait until you find out how the gangs run the police run the boarders. You’ll give up on any judicial system.

Cardiff Crown Court heard Mr Stringer, who works for Gwent Police, was arrested after the girl spoke to a teaching assistant at her school.

Ian Wright, prosecuting, told the jury the girl said Mr Stringer "would touch her in a sexual way".
He added she claimed Mr Stringer would "show her videos of half naked girls" and "cause her to mimic what the females were doing in the video".

Mr Wright said the girl’s parents were called to the school and the police were contacted.
Mr Stringer was arrested later that day.

stream of filth and sickos doesn't stop ...

I noticed that the report states:

"John Stringer, 42, from Cardiff, denies five charges relating to the sexual abuse of a child ...

Mr Stringer pleaded not guilty to two counts of sexual assault, two of causing or inciting a child under 13 to engage in sexual activity, and one of causing a child to watch a sexual act.

It may be wise to exercise some caution with comments on an ongoing criminal case, particularly as this is a retrial.

Yesterday, Metropolitan Police officer PC Adam Merriman, who is attached to a proactive team covering Barnet, Brent and Harrow, appeared at Westminster Magistrates' Court charged with three counts of making an indecent image of a child, three counts of distributing an indecent image of a child, and resisting arrest.

PC Adam Merriman pleaded guilty to all seven offences and was remanded in custody to next appear at Southwark Crown Court for sentencing on a date to be confirmed:

The Metropolitan Police's Directorate of Professional Standards stated that they are aware of the case. Yesterday, PC Adam Merriman resigned from the Metropolitan Police. "Misconduct proceedings will now take place as soon as possible."

In 2017, PC Adam Merriman was acquitted of the harassment and assault of a woman known to him, fellow police officer Alex McLaren (his ex-girlfriend), following a trial at Westminster Magistrates’ Court. On that occasion, it was alleged that PC Adam Merriman had left a sex toy on his ex-girlfriend's car bonnet to "embarrass" her after she ended their relationship. Westminster Magistrates Court was told that he checked Miss McLaren’s phone and had found out that she had kissed another male police officer during a night out. PC Adam Merriman allegedly sent her a text message which read: "You don't know what I'm capable of." He also allegedly shoulder barged his former girlfriend when she was by her door.

An investigation was carried out by the Metropolitan Police's Directorate of Professional Standards who found a case to answer at the level of misconduct. In any event, PC Adam Merriman remained in the Metropolitan Police.

It has been reported today that former Metropolitan Police officer, former PC Adam Merriman of Bletchley, Milton Keynes, has been charged with a series of sexual offences against children.

Former PC Adam Merriman has been charged with sexual assault by touching of a child under 13, six counts of arranging or facilitating the commission of a child sex offence, and two counts of sexual activity in the presence of a child.

Former PC Adam Merriman is also charged with three counts of making indecent images of a child, possession of extreme pornographic images and possession of a prohibited image of a child.

Former PC Adam Merriman is scheduled to appear at Westminster Magistrates’ Court on 4 September 2024.

"Shocked" sooooo "shocked" (older story from time of arrest)
A police officer accused of sexually abusing a girl has described his “shock” when he was arrested.

John Stringer, 42, told Cardiff Crown Court he had been a police officer for 14 years and had “a good record”.

Mr Stringer is charged with two counts of sexual assault, two of causing or inciting a child under 13 to engage in sexual activity, and one of causing a child to watch a sexual act.

The Gwent Police officer, who has been suspended since his arrest, denies touching a girl inappropriately or making her watch pornography.

Former PC Ryan Althorpe, Meadow Crescent, Ipswich, has been sentenced to 10 months’ imprisonment at Ipswich Crown Court, after being found guilty of two counts of misconduct in a public office whilst he was serving as a Suffolk police officer.

The offences took place between 16 November 2020 and 3 December 2020 when former PC Ryan Althorpe was a temporary sergeant based at Woodbridge in the Safer Neighbourhood Team.

The charges were attempting to engage a female into sexually inappropriate conversation with a view to engaging in sexual activity with that person and wilful neglect to record her disclosure of a non-recent rape allegation.

Ipswich Crown Court heard how former PC Ryan Althorpe received private disclosure via social media on Facebook of an alleged non-recent rape by the complainant, a woman aged in her 30s.

The messages began on 16 November 2020 and despite the conversation being initially positive, the tone quickly changed and former PC Ryan Althorpe proceeded to communicate explicit sexual comments towards the complainant via private messaging on Facebook whilst discussing the rape allegation.

The court heard how former PC Ryan Althorpe repeatedly requested video calls, phone calls and photo exchanges. The final message took place on 3 December 2020. The victim then subsequently confided to someone she knew and she then reported it to police.

Former PC Ryan Althorpe was suspended from all duties and operational duties as a police officer in September 2021 once the allegations came to light and he resigned from Suffolk Constabulary from his role as a police officer in June 2022.

Former PC Ryan Althorpe also failed to record the victim’s report of rape that took place in November 2019 - the second of the misconduct in a public office charge he was facing:

"All reports of sexual offences are taken extremely seriously and will be dealt with care and sensitivity by police who provide a professional, supportive and empathetic service. The welfare of the victim is of the utmost importance and support is offered at all stages to ensure their needs are met and that the appropriate services are provided.”

Former Met PC Muhammad Darr used credit/debit cards stolen from dead people.

Former Metropolitan Police officer, PC Muhammed Mustafa Darr of Walthamstow, who was previously attached to a response unit covering Enfield and Haringey, has been imprisoned for 40 months, after he pleaded guilty to three charges of misconduct in public office between December 2018 and September 2020. Former PC Muhammed Mustafa Darr resigned from the Metropolitan Police in February 2023, shortly before he was charged.

Former PC Muhammed Mustafa Darr stole bank cards from the pockets of two dead men after he was called out to deal with their sudden, unexplained deaths, and used their bank details to buy electronics worth thousands of pounds. Former PC Muhammed Mustafa Darr also took a laptop and a Louis Vuitton bag from a suspect's vehicle, and accessed the police database to pass on information to three different people outside of the police force:

Ex-PC jailed for using dead people's bank details

Sentencing, Judge Sally-Ann Hales said:

'Two of Mr Burnside's (one of the deceased men) sisters have given statements on the impact your offending that had on them and their families. 'Their statements are relevant to the courts statement of harm caused by your conduct.

'Kirsty describes your behaviour towards her as disrespectful, unprofessional, callous and rude.

'When she later found out you had used her brother's bank details, she felt horrified, violated and disgusted.

'The fact you met them knowing you had their bank details and used them a week later demonstrated to her you had no remorse.

'Ms Burnside's sister Julia said you violated her brother's body and his good name.

'She described it as a desecration
...

... 'Your offending was a gross breach of trust, it is offending which betrays the trust of colleagues across the police service.

'You shamelessly exploited the deaths of two people and you stole from a third while he was in police custody.

'These offences are so serious that only a custodial sentence is appropriate.'

'This must never happen again.'

Well yeah garveylives (interesting choice of heroes) has form for conspiracy bollocks.

New research from the Centre for Women’s Justice reveals shocking levels of domestic abuse by police officers continues and that police forces are struggling to tackle the abuse of power or recognise that abuse off duty must be addressed.

The report finds there is still ample evidence to show that there are still far too many police officers escaping sanction despite multiple allegations of abuse with some rising through the ranks and even promoted to roles with responsibility for policing rape and domestic abuse. Many women report that the officer they accused attempted to criminalise them and others that they manipulate family law proceedings for revenge.

45% of the women who came forward are themselves police officers or staff and frequently report victimisation if they dare to report a fellow officer. The law as it currently stands affords them lesser rights than ordinary members of the public as they are precluded under the Police Reform Act 2002 from making a complaint against a member of their own force:

The Metropolitan Police says it is “extremely sorry” for failures in protecting two domestic murder victims from harm.

Two vulnerable women, Naomi Hunte and Fiona Holm, were killed 17 months apart within a few miles of each other in South London.

Behind the recent successful conviction of Carl Cooper lies a catalogue of failures which both families believe could have saved the lives of their loved ones:

“We again extend our sincere condolences to their families as they continue to grieve for these two beloved women.

“We have always been clear that we made mistakes when dealing with allegations against Carl Cooper. For those mistakes we are extremely sorry.”
