I have completely written off this week!

Some work to do for next week now. Although you can guarantee that anyone I transfer out will then have a blinder next week end.
 
I had Tevez at one point, but I don't think the maths worked. In fairness, of all my decisions that's one of the one's I'm least irritated about.

Assist for Milner and Hart made a few saves without conceding which should pick me up some points; game went almost perfectly in terms of my FF team :cool:
 
Do I not like that. Time to panic. Wigan (!) flop Boselli out, some bloke from West Brom in. That should do it.
 
Ach, if I'd have played my subs right I would be in the top 10 of the league and 1st in the h2h ( :eek: ), but given that my aim for the season is simply to finish in the top half of both I gotta be pleased with the weekend overall :)

If I'd just bought Walcott :mad: :facepalm: ;)
 
Right, made my transfers and substitutions for this week, gonna be an interesting weekend.

Still didn't pick up either Walcott or Arshavin, I'm hoping Blackburn away is going to be one of those "don't let them play" games.
 
I'n not panicking after I steamed up to the top of a few leagues last year and remained there until Christmas, when I tactically changed my team to take account of all those fixture double-ups ... and then promptly saw everything snowed off

Anyway it was lesson learned as I plummeted fairly quickly downwards, making a series of ever more panicky subs in a vain attempt to stop the rot. I'm playing the longer game now.
 
I considered Berbatov, but finances and a brief flash of team loyalty colluded to have me pick Carroll instead :hmm:

A small defence, Berbatov would have meant I had four Man Utd players, which just isn't healthy.

Not a good weekend thus far, with only a couple of City players in action today.

I suppose Carroll's goal cancels out not picking up Berbatov, but still irritated about the whole Walcott/Arshavin fiasco. They will undoubtedly fall out of form as soon as I pick them, so I suppose the question is just how much do I hate Arsenal ;)
 
So, the international break is over and it's back to Serius Bizniss.

I've been looking at my team but am rapidly coming to the conclusion that I'd be tinkering for tinkering's sake. May well roll over the transfer to next week and have a good o'l mess around.
 
FUCKSTICKS! They are updating the site, and I wanted to change the side around, injuries have decimated the squad :mad:

fucksticks! I just changed the team and dropped the walking wounded, but looks like I might be too late - *plummets down table* my only hope is for Joe Hart to score a hatrick
