I remember the afore-mentiond K-Tel, Ronco or somesuch appliance and probably had a go with a glass-cutter at some point.
Personally I just drink my beer and wine straight from the bottle.
But I think you'd need to use use strong bottles that have been pressurised, such as beer or Champagne ones, rather than milk or wine gigs that'd probably be a bit flimsy?
I'm pretty sure that the electric number that I half remember, would actually cut the bottles and bevel the edges, but again I could be talking shit.
I have discovered Madrid's favourite mustard. It's a bit like French mustard - lots of wine vinegar and spicies. The mustard is barely in the background. It is delicious mind. Very strong, lasting flavours. I could quite happily spread it on toast and eat it alone.
