How did the alleged hijackers manage to pass through 3 airports and board 4 flights without anyone seeing hide nor hair of them by the way?

I'm afraid, bigfish, that is an irrelevant question. Simply not allowed, and in no way whatsoever will it be answered.

Please sort your loony conspiracies out once and for all. I hereby challenge you as to why on earth you take this line of debate...

Closed is the word you were looking for.

No, unopen was the word i wanted, and therefore the word i typed.

If i'd wanted closed, i'd've used it.

But thanks for your concern mate.

It's clear the topic isn't very interesting amongst posters - hence the very few who bother to post on these threads, in a community with hundreds of people actively posting.

You, the one with an open mind, are proving slowly but surely you have nothing of the sort.

I provided evidence about the popularity of the topic, and yet you deny this and provide no evidence whatsoever to back up your ludicrous claims.

Did you actually read the whole of my post, or did you come to a halt half way through?

Clear the topic isn't very interesting eh????? You must be off your rocker mate to even try and claim this, never mind claiming it over and over again. Which other threads get over 40 pages and over 1000 posts and over 100 people voting on a poll??

Now then, if you're still going to disagree with me, let's see the colour of your evidence mate...

I have been concerned for you for some time. I genuinely think you are a likable chap, but your tenacity and false self-assurance betray a certain fanaticism I generally associate (unfavourably) with Christian Fundamentalists.

concerned for me, or for fela fan?

I AM a likeable chap mate, or so it seems wherever i go in life.

Fanaticism? Well, maybe, not sure on that one. Christian or fundamentalist, just fucking no way mate!! Imfuckingpossible.

I believe you should deal with what i post a bit more than who you think is behind the posts.

For example as i type this i listen to some of life's finest reggae, supping some heinekens and am thoroughly enjoying life these days, as it goes.

So if your concern is genuine (and i'd say it was) then thanks, but really mate, life's a fucking ball ;) .

Oh, and rereading that, i must take umbrage man. There is nothing false about me whatsoever. Not much gets through my thick skin, but if you (or anyone else reading this) really do want to wind me up, call me false or dishonest.

I am nothing of the sort, and if you're honest with yourself, you'll come back and tell me this. If i appear self-assured, then it's because i am. Life holds no fears for me. I am a free man.

[cue: patronising git]

What I see is these endless conspiracy threads dropping off the radar when you conspiracy types have posted what you feel you have to, and us who sincerely doubt your claims have posted back. Then whoosh - off the front page. Many, many who seem to spend a lot of time on urban75 haven't bothered to post - at all!

Why do you reckon that is? Could it possibly be because the topic's been discussed to death several times over?

Never having met you I am, of course, referring to fela fan. I will not be letting my concern for him hinder me when I feel it is necessary to refute some of the incredible silliness he has a tendency to post. :)

fucking hell, i've never seen such emphatic self-denial in my whole life. And that could be combined with a record that has got itself well and truly stuck in the groove.

Just keep at it mate. There is a big fat zero i can do to help you. I've pointed out a few things, with evidence, and yet you just do not accept them.

Oh well, it's your call.

Well that's fair enough. I post what i post coz i like to do it, and it's coz what i believe to be so.

Those that read my posts will inevitably do so through their own perceptive filter.

If your filter has me down as posting silly stuff, then so be it. Others think differently, and some would say this is the celebration of humanity: the sheer differences between us all.

Whatever posters conceive of me, life's a fucking ball mate, so you're welcome to your appraisals... ;)

1000+ posts on this thread alone and I'm still waiting.

Oh dear lord, you post up the evidence yourself and tell me your still waiting for it...!!!

Go through however many pages you want of world politics forum (probably any forum save maybe general) and find me a thread that got into four figures of posts.

And had a 100 posters voting on it. And one that went into 40 pages +.

Would you recognise evidence if it whacked you right in the face? It seems not...

What's a "perceptive filter"? Don't you think the people of urban75 might be bored of the endless drivel about a 9/11 conspiracy and you could possibly take your ceaseless musings about the subject somewhere else?

I hadn't noticed this before my last reply. I meant 'false' as in 'mistaken'. I don't view you as dishonest, fela, just plain wrong.

You concentrate on speaking for yourself. If others want to react to my posts, i'm sure they'll do so. Stop presuming to be a spokesman.

A perceptive filter? It's what is in your mind, a sum of your total experiences in life up until today, influenced by culture and society and your upbringing too.

Anything you read or hear will go through that filter. It explains why you might think i'm posting up bonkers stuff (along with editor) while others think i'm speaking total sense. It's all down to the perceptive filter mate.

Then that's fine. I don't mind being wrong at all. But false is not me. Glad to see you agree lock.

Ah thanks for clearing that up.

What about my other comment:

aaaaaaaand cue! stirring music....

cue flag waving....

cue heroic, lantern jawed outline of fela fan silhouetted against a stormy sky...

I am... a FREE MAN!

<dream sequence ends>

...and cue pompous, pretentious windbag getting off on his self inflated ego....

fela, don't you have a thread that you recently created on the nepali hostage victims that you are supposed to be overseeing? or have you abandoned that thread to argue elsewhere?

ok. so has debate ended on this topic?

if so, who among us would agree that we scan state catagorically that although we cannot prove that Rumsfeld and Chums wanted 9/11 to happen, but we can say that its occurance was made servile to their long-term purposes, all of which were clearly available onine through PNAC and AIPAC etc.

does anyone have any further summaries/conclusions to add?

Overseeing? I didn't know a thread starter had to do that! But anyway, it got a bit boring, and my input had reached a dead end based on what else was being said.

Just about the only thing in politics that interests me these days is 911. Oh, and western hegemony ;) .

You might find this report interesteing then:

We could have stopped him
The CIA has taken much of the blame for the security lapses that led to 9/11 and the false intelligence on Iraq's WMDs. But now one spy has broken ranks to point the finger at the politicians - and warn that the war on terror could plunge the US into even greater danger.
Be sure to read it well.

I read it well, and i remember reading about his previous stuff when he was still anonymous.

One of the consistencies that comes out of that guardian article is how often the US politicians ignored the intelligence and in effect let OBL carry on doing what he was doing.

It is almost as if they were GUIDING the man towards a big event. Just simply letting him not be caught, not be reigned in by the intelligence lot.

No wonder intelligence were so pissed off with the politicos.

Interesting stuff.

No, that's not what that article says at all.

Yes i know that, as should be obvious from my choice of words, which you in fact chose to quote me on.

Sometimes i wonder if english is your second language. In which case, i should be able to help editor, since it's my job!

Seeing as I work as a journalist your comments are bordering on defamatory and most certainly count as personal abuse.

Taken with all the other shite you've posted up here over the months, I'm beginning to think about banning you because I've really had enough of your endless personal abuse.

Oh, and the last thing I'd ever need is help from some hopeless dreamer like you, 'mate'. I've written for several national newspapers and magazines and written an internationally acclaimed book. Oh, and built this site from scratch.

So where's your 'superior' English language talents got you? Who have you written for?
