Detail your latest clothes and slap related purchases here #2

I bought a high waisted, pleat front stone coloured skirt which had a nice belt attached. It makes me feel a bit preppy and prim but that's not such a bad thing... Also bought this cardigan which will be very useful over the Autumn. It's light and I'll be able to wear it with lots of stuff.

nice cardigan, there is something missoni-ish about it

I have a fifty pound Boden voucher. Any recommendations? I am thinking this:

http://www.boden.co.uk/en-GB/Womens...sses/WH218/Womens-Merino-Roll-Neck-Dress.html

in black but all my clothes are black but I love black.

Also I like that: http://www.boden.co.uk/en-GB/Womens-Tunics/WK599/Womens-Breton-Tunic.html in chocolate.

Oh what should I get?

I think the breton top in aubergene is gert lush - cosy, bright and versatile as it would be lovely over legging or tights. Plus sweater dresses are in this winter too!

Me too - It'll be wonderful to snuggle up in cosy jumpers and wooly tights again. Plus I've got about 12 pairs of boots already, but have still got my eye on another 3 pairs that I want to buy for this winter ;)

Good results today. Been looking for a small cross body bag for ages, for nights out, and found one in TKMaxx which I'd previously seen for full price in Morley's and rejected as too expensive. Proper bag with lots of useful and thief-confusing pockets, nice cheerful red colour and very flat so good for not annoying people on the dancefloor. Can't find a picture of it on the internet, grrr.

Also totally fed up of my current para boots for motorcycling use as they're now too big and thus very uncomfortable to walk in, so went and bought a size smaller from the army surplus shop (see recycling forum if you fancy the old ones, size 8). And also some super comfy boots from Clarks: http://www.clarks.co.uk/find/produc...producttype-is-ankleboots/product-is-20339342 which in reality are more for wearing with skirts.

I'm kind of on the lookout for a really warm winter coat, probably something like a long puffa jacket. Saw a few things in M&S and Monsoon, but everything so far in black/navy/beige/grey which as usual I'm trying to avoid. Last year's green duffle coat was wholly inadequate for the weather we had.

I bought the poloneck dress, as my sister said she got the breton and sent it back. Really excited about receiving it. :)

I haven't bought anything new to wear all year but the wet weather got the better of me and I bought these to cheer myself up. They are completely waterproof and incredibly comfortable.

I like these a lot...though I'm putting a ban on myself on buying new boots this year...but maybe it wouldn't be so bad to know where you got them from?

Any idea why she didn't like the breton to save me the bother of lusting over it? :D
Photi of you in the poloneck pleeeze!!

I bought them from a hunting, shooting, fishing type place somewhere near Leeds but you can buy them on line. They are called Jameson and made by Le Chameau. I have worn them almost all the time since buying them, until today when the sun came out :) at last.

:) Don't reckon! Am resisting getting it in another colour though, they have black, blue, red, green, beige and brown. And they're only £20...

Link please? Have searched high and low all summer (without success) for a jacket I don't hate, but I like this one :)

Last purchase for me was some MAC make-up: Studio Tech base, cream blusher, concealer and a sweet pink lipstick. And some cheapo make-up brushes (not from MAC :D).

:) Yup, as Biddlybee posted it's www.fairyfairyland.com and they have a few other things which I think I may be tempted by... There's also http://stores.ebay.com/ibazeonline with them.

oooh, I like this:

I'm not sure what the quality's going to be like, will see what the jacket's like when it arrives and report back. Hate waiting for ebay stuff to be delivered - especially when it's coming from overseas

I'm actually quite surprised there's so much bosom on show. It didn't look like that in the mirror. It's no wonder people think I'm such a slapper really.

These for me...

These for the boy (has to have black for school - am hoping that with black laces, these will be acceptable :hmm: )...

And these for him for outside of school (he fucked his last pair by spending the day standing in a stream in them when we were camping  )...

Some 20-hole Docs, now they've started making them in softer leather, for wearing with frocks that are short enough to leave a gap above 14-hole ones.
