Detail your latest clothes and slap related purchases here #2

Went a bit nuts and bought some "jeggings" - I am probably the last person in the world to buy such a thing.. I may be having a mid-life crisis or something. Also bought some actual leggings after running for the bus in my maternity ones the other day and they fell down (sooooo embarrassing). Luckily I was wearing them under a dress so my modesty was preserved even if I did look like a complete twat. Also bought some boots online - waiting for them to come (Autumn is worth it simply for the boots shopping) and a check shirt. Oh and some Bad Gal mascara which is too expensive to justify but it's my fave.

Only went out to buy that shirt that rubytoogood posted earlier....

I'm in two minds about jeggings. I want some skinny jeans to wear under my lace up boots :hmm: I dunno about them either.

I bought a sweet little black handkerchief hem t-shirt dress to wear with my killer glittery heels for the burlesque workshop

:) Yup, as Biddlybee posted it's www.fairyfairyland.com and they have a few other things which I think I may be tempted by... There's also http://stores.ebay.com/ibazeonline with them.

The jacket's arrived and the quality's not bad at all, very pleased with it. I took the bow off the back but I was planning to do that anyway. I got an unprompted compliment on it from my boyfriend when I was wearing it, not that his mean with the compliments but it is always very pleasing to get them :)

I bought a long sleeved striped jersy dress from River Island ..it was their 'star buy' so was £12 rather than £21.99. Also used my £5 boots No7 voucher for a slate glitter eye-liner.

Got a suit on Friday last week for £295 (!!!!) at Adam of London. Top bloke who runs the shop, lovely suit, me happy all around!

This is exactly how I ended up with jeggings - wanting jeans to wear under boots - boots which I didn't actually posess at the time - it's a kind of vicious circle...

I bought some green bootleg cords from Debenhams. First clothes I've bought for ages.

these from ebay....

I bought these

With my student discount they were £12.60

Sorry for late reply. She said it showed every lump and bump. She's about a 16 so I don't know, maybe on really slim people it would be lovely.

Next time I wear the dress, I will take a pic. Ta!

Clarks were fine about exchanging the ankle boots, even without a receipt, but am slightly annoyed as I didn't look much at the replacement pair and they're much darker brown and not as nice. Oh well.

massive impulse buy today, can't really afford it   saw a girl wearing one picking up the kids this morning and had to have one. hers was green which is a bit nicer tbh but couldn't find anywhere to get one. mine is brown, luckily i suit brown.

They're ^ a lot like the boots I bought. What are you wearing them with? I find they're best with dark-coloured tights or leggings, and either a very long skirt or a very short one.

So far i've only wore them with a very short dark blue wool skirt and dark grey woolly tights, i agree on the very long or very short thing- i'm only quite short myself though so dont really suit long skirts and so am feeling a bit limited- what do you think about wearing them with jeans?

I have been doing this, mainly because I wear them on the motorbike which requires trouserage, but they look a bit wrong to me, like when people wear cowboy boots under their trousers. Or a bit like smart suit shoes. Better if the trousers are a bit cropped/turn-uppy, or maybe very skinny jeans tucked in would be ok, so that you can see they're boots.

:)

Had to get 'em online, though. Nowhere in the world seems to actually stock them. Still, saved £25, so. Considering these, too if I can find a pair...

Just bought the black dress with cherries from here, could be my new favourite find - will let you know what the dress is like on!

Forget I was going to a beer garden after work and it is not summer anymore. So popped to the charity shop and picked up a pretty decent Bench hoody (hoodie?) for £4. Has thumb holes on the sleeves :)

Bit too small on me but wifey is pleased with it :)
