I’ve just had a bag, purse and gloves delivered. Purse is going back as too big but I love the other two and have ordered the smaller purse.
The issue is they’re from Joules and after falling in love with Superga trainers, I fear I’ve fallen down some middle class/middle age rabbit hole.
The navy gloves are so perfect (roomy and long) that I almost squealed and have ordered in mustard too. Fucking hell.

Honestly I was looking at them for a couple of days because I was not willing to spend 15 quid on bloody gloves.
I don’t think I’ve got massive hands but they’re so often stretched tight and they’re never long enough. I want them to comfortably cover my wrists too.
These are perfect, except they don’t do black.

Could anybody recommend a moisturiser with SPF please? I recently bought Cerave fragrance free daily moisturising cream with spf 25 but something in it is irritating my eyes and making them a bit itchy and sore.

I have never paid any attention to skincare and am overwhelmed by the bazillion products out there.

Honestly the best I have used for aaaages and so cheap is Aldi's Lacura Q10 SPF20

£1.45!!!

It is exactly the same as a Nivea one that is over £10!

To give myself something to look forward to and bc a couple of my pairs of 'spring' trousers have died a death/I've put on weight and can't do them up anymore bought these light trousers and also a plain relaxed fit yellow t-shirt (to replace my M&S one from last year that acquired weird see-through patches by the end of summer) while they had 20% off this week. Reviews say the trousers come out large, but I'm erring on larger size right now, but not like there's not loads of time to exchange before it's warm enough to wear them. Just better try not to put more weight on.

I've just got this. The water beads and runs off, it is semi fleece lined, and is almost too warm to wear when sitting around, but it keeps me dry and warm.

A package with some ridiculously big earrings just arrived. I ordered them in what I thought was a moment of madness the other week, but was clearly actually some very clever clairvoyance about how I would need some earrings that look like a large pair of angry testicles to cheer me up at just this moment.

When I where therm I have AC/DCs "Big Balls" playing in my head.

There are also some fairly big dragonfly ones but they are somewhat over-powered by the HUGE ANGRY RED BALLS.
